This following information is here to help answer any delivery related questions. Please read all aspects carefully before contacting our team as your question should be listed below. You can also find postage options to non UK mainland addresses below in the 'How much does it cost' section.
All of our products have free next day delivery included to all UK Mainland addresses. Unfortunately due to increased costs incurred by the courier we cannot extend this offer to the following postcodes:
BT - IV - KW - PA - PH - HS - ZE - IM - KA - AB - GY - JE - All isles off the UK
However we may be able to arrange an alternative service to these postcodes either by delivering the item to a local store for collection, sending the item via a specific courier, or for larger items, an increased postage cost. One of our staff members will contact you once your order has been placed to arrange this alternative service with you.
For Mainland UK, on items that are exceptionally large such as 6/8 Gun Cabinets, Garden Swing Chairs etc, then if our local owned van does not cover your area there maybe a pallet surcharge. We will contact you to make you aware of this after the order has been placed. You can choose to cancel your order if this charge is deemed too high.
All orders will be processed at 8am. If you've purchased before 8am then your order will be sent out on that day for delivery on the following working day. Any orders placed after 8am will be processed the next day.
Once your order has been dispatched we will email you with a notification. Your delivery will arrive between 8am and 6pm the following working day, although this is not a guaranteed next day service.
Please see the table below for our delivery timetables. Deliveries will be made to an external ground floor kerbside location at your chosen address and a signature will be required upon delivery.

Once your order has been shipped we will email you with a notification. A tracking number and a link to the couriers website will be emailed to you or if you provided your mobile number, a text message will be sent to your mobile with the same information. This is usually sent directly from the courier either late the night before or first thing on the morning of the delivery.
Once you have been sent the tracking number you'll be able to log onto the couriers website, a list of options will be available such as track your item, re-arrange delivery, leave with a neighbour, leave in a safe place and if your item has been sent with DPD or UPS you'll even have the option for it to be delivered to a local store for collection at a convenient time.
If for some reason you're not in when the delivery driver has arrived, don't worry. Our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery or to collect your item(s) from the courier depot. The driver will do this 3 times and after the 3rd attempt the item will be returned to our warehouse.
Remember when we first ship your item you'll get a notification with several options for delivery, if you know you're going to be out when the driver attempts delivery please use one of the options available to re-arrange the delivery for a more convenient time.
