Some of our products have free delivery included, if this is the case for your product to your delivery location you will notice this free delivery at checkout after you have imputed the address. This shipping applies to order from other postcodes – being GB excluding the following postcodes; BT - IV - KW - PA - PH – PO - HS - ZE - IM - KA - AB - GY - JE - All isles off the GB.

We aim dispatch orders on the following working day, (Unless specified in the product title). For goods that are heavy (over 25kgs) or bulky (over 4 cubic ft) dispatch time may be a few more days. Once the goods are dispatched we aim to use a 24-48 hr courier.

Once your order has been shipped we will email you with a notification. A tracking number and a link to the couriers website will be emailed to you or if you provided your mobile number, a text message will be sent to your mobile with the same information. This is usually sent directly from the courier either late the night before or first thing on the morning of the delivery.
Once you have been sent the tracking number you'll be able to log onto the couriers website, a list of options will be available such as track your item, re-arrange delivery, leave with a neighbour, leave in a safe place and if your item has been sent with DPD or UPS you'll even have the option for it to be delivered to a local store for collection at a convenient time.
If for some reason you're not in when the delivery driver has arrived, don't worry. Our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery or to collect your item(s) from the courier depot. The driver will do this 3 times and after the 3rd attempt the item will be returned to our warehouse.
Remember when we first ship your item you'll get a notification with several options for delivery, if you know you're going to be out when the driver attempts delivery please use one of the options available to re-arrange the delivery for a more convenient time.
